Olives are rich in which vitamins?

Olives are particularly a rich source of vitamin E and vitamin K.

Vitamin E supplements have antioxidant functions that assist the shield of cells from harm.
Vitamin K is normally used for the blood coagulation as well as to build our bones.

Apart from these vitamins, it is also rich in healthy fats commonly referred to as monounsaturated fats as well as metal minerals like iron, copper and fibers. Olive is a food item that should be taken by man because going by its nutritional value, it helps in improving the health of a man.

Oranges are rich in which vitamins?

It is important that we understand that oranges are very rich in Vitamin C important for the body in fighting diseases, skin and the absorption of Iron from plant foods. An average sized orange can contain about hut seventy milligrams of vitamin C, which can be a good equivalent of the Daily Recommended Amount. There are also trace quantities of other vitamins in oranges including vitamin B1 and vitamin B9 which are useful in metabolisms of energy and cells division. Furthermore, oranges have potassium, fiber, and antioxidants, which are good for the body and can be considered as a healthy nutrient.

Fruits – especially berries 🍒 – are healthy for you since they provide a good dose of vitamins and are loaded with antioxidants. They are an excellent source of:

  • Vitamin C: Kale: required for inflammation response, skin and healthy, and increasing the absorption of iron.
  • Vitamin K: used in blood clotting and for building bones and is an essential nutrient.
  • Folate: must for cell division, DNA formation, and absence of which may lead to birth defects.
  • Vitamin E: has an antioxidant property to prevent cells from being damaged and also enhances skin health.

Then, I share more information regarding berries as a source of vitamins and antioxidants that is good to consume as part of tasty diets.
