Good evening dear steemain friends. Hope all of you are very well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, today I am also very well by the grace of Almighty Allah. On the last day of the last week of the Steemit engagement challenge season 14 I appeared to share my last publication and today I am here to participate in a lovely contest hosted by the Steem For Pakistan Community. Very interesting topic they choose for this week and that is The Diary Game / A farewell to 2023 & Welcome to 2024.I am very willing to participate in the contest. Hope everyone will enjoy my blog. The Diary Game

Happy New Year everyone. Let's all wish everyone the best and pray that every day of the new year is spent well.

This is my story for Friday 5th January 2024. I have planned to start the days with new enthusiasm in the new year. My office is everyday and today is Friday so the shift has changed. However, I had night duty on Thursday, so I came home from office in the morning and slept. Then woke up around 12:30pm and took a bath. After shower I finish my lunch before Jumuah prayer as I have to enter office at 2pm. After eating around 1pm I came home and rested and went to the mosque near the office around 1:20pm.

On Fridays, mosques are overcrowded and Muslims stand for prayer on mats on the road due to lack of space. I also stood with them on the road for prayer. Prayer started on time. After the Friday prayer, I directly entered the office from there. There is not much work in the office on Friday so I entered the office and rested for some time. Then I carry out regular water test tasks to understand the water condition and bacteria status in the plant.

Later, sitting in the lab room, I used my mobile phone to log into Steemit and check new news and some articles. Then the cleaner of our plant came after finishing lunch. Chatted with him in the lab room for some time and talked about our salary increase and the 12th national election held on 7th January. However later I went with him to the roof of the plant to see the condition of the cooling tower and sludge.

Stayed on the roof for some time and helped Habib bhai in his work. After that we both filled dry sludge sacks and brought them to our plant. Later they are measured and put the sludge in the sludge store room. I spend my time sitting in the lab room as there is not much work in the afternoon.

In the evening when I came to the lab after changing the Swiss of the pump, my school friend called me to come online and our school friend circles all joined the video call together. Love talking to everyone and catching up with them. Of course we talk often but rarely all together. We talk on video call for about 2 hours and we talk about our past memories and current status.

I felt a bit hungry so after talking with them I went outside to have breakfast. Of course being alone in the plant I bought food from outside and went to office and had breakfast sitting in office. Today Friday night my plan was to attend the SFB community meeting around 10 o'clock. And we plan to hold our meetings in a grander manner from this new year so that we can increase our community's activity and increase quality posters.

The meeting is planned to provide guidance and inspiration to new users and cultural events and prize distribution for all, which I and other community moderators mostofajaman brother have implemented from today. I attended the meeting a little late because I had some important work in my office that I needed to show to my next colleague. Some important work will be done in the plant so I was talking about that. But I am involved in all the activities in the meeting. And reward users who participate in the culture.

Hopefully our plans and efforts will be successful and we will find good quality content creators and active users on this platform who will contribute to the growth of steem. This is how I completed the main activities of my day.
