SEC-S14/W3|"My Achievement In 2023 "

It is few weeks to the end of 2023! Have you ever stopped to think about what you have achieved in the year 2023? Indeed we all had goals set for the year right from the first day of January or even before the previous year ended. Did you achieve any of them?

2023 has the potential of being an amazing year. It came full of possibilities and opportunities for our growth, development and success. But it all start with making plans. So let's dive into what are my achievement in 2023, on Steemit and in real life....

There were several achievements I had in real life in this year 2023. But my "biggest" achievement were both on my academics and financial life.

Firstly, it was my step into taking the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board's Examination (JAMB). Nigerians are familiar with this examination, for others, it is a computer based test that gives your the opportunity to gain admission into the university when you meet the cut off mark for your course and choice of institution.

I got registered for the examination, wrote it, passed and am currently awaiting admission into my choice of institution. It was great achievement to me academically...

Second, it was also the step I took into the world of digital skills and cryptocurrency. Before now, I was skeptical about getting involved in the crypto space due to the negative reviews I get from people on the loss of money from trading. I always refused any help from any of my friends who offered to help me get started..

But, in the first quarter of 2023, I did my own research and found out that it was only 450 million of the world's population that has embraced this world of digital assets. I also found out that the loss of money depends on the tactics, strategies and knowledge possessed by the trader.

I got the courage, and got enrolled in a crypto academy owned by my one of my friend and I can testify that with the little knowledge and experience, I have gotten a positive shift in my financial life..

Till this moment, I am very happy anytime I remember how I came across this platform called Steemit. I was introduced by @bossj23 in July, 2023 through a Facebook post he made on his page.

Due to some challenges, specifically my physical work, I wasn't able to start steeming immediately until the middle of August. I was being mentored by @bossj23 and from then I have been doing well and enjoying this platform.

My achievement in Steemit, is achieving close to the targeted amount of SP I made for myself. I took it on myself to hit 500 SP before 2023 runs out, and hopefully I have been able to get 349 SP with 151 left to hit the target.

Hmmmm! It wasn't easy at all combining physical work and that of Steemit. But can I be able to hit the target before the 31st of December? That's left for me to question my consistency, patience and engagement with the rest of things to push me through

Two weeks ago, I made a post on a contest that was titled "My Plans For 2024 First Quarter". I wrote about what I would want to achieve in the first four months of the Year.

Here are a list of what I would like to achieve in 2024

• Academics: Trusting God, to receive admission into the university fo study Microbiology, I would love to focus on my studies and come our with good grades in the first year/semester. Not only the first year, but taking that spirit throughout.

• Financial Stability: You may be wondering how I may want to blend my academics with making money. Having some knowledge of cryptocurrency, I have held some utility coins including steem ahead of the bull run next year. Asides that, I have been longing to have the digital skill of coding and programing and I hope to achieve next year.

Having the above achievements in mind, I also hope to invest in both physical and digital firms..

I haven't specifically set out all goals which I want to achieve next year on Steemit. I know that, the coming years on Steemit will be fun and interesting with more initiatives and the bright future ahead.

But the most important things I really want to achieve on Steemit next year are

• Becoming more consistent, engaging with other users and creating quality contents.
• Hitting the target of 1k SP in the first quarter of 2024.

2023, has been a year full of possibilities, opportunities and success for people and also regrets, negative events for others. We will enter into 2024 in few days and it is of more good for you to start setting goals and making plans to achieve them.
