RE: SCS32-W4 || Real-Life Problem Solving Challenge: Reduce Mobile Addiction.
You nailed many points here in your writing. Nice writeup, I really enjoyed reading it, I got some points from the activities you did to reduce screen time. And as you said this activity as improves your quality of life through exercise and cardio. Yeah it's true spending time with our friends and family, and also reading will surely helps to maintain a healthy body and balanced our mindset. Though I'll love to add more activities on my lifestyle to draw myself away for screen time not just sleeping alone. Nevertheless, best luck ma'am 🙏🏻.
Greetings, friend.
I know that sleeping isn't a sport, but it's necessary, and given my current lifestyle with the school year, I need to sleep to recover my energy. Of course, I've made time for reading, walking, and strolling. I'd like to do more, but my busy schedule doesn't allow it, at least not this time of year. I'm really looking forward to the holidays so I can do what I usually do: running, aerobics, jogging, dancing, visiting other places of interest, and disconnecting a bit from technology.
Thanks for visiting.
