Here are some healthier cooking oils that can withstand higher temperatures, they are olive oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, and safflower oil. Other oils to avoid for high temperatures include fish oil, flax oil, walnut oil, and palm oil.

Some people use cooking oils regularly, as you can use them to prepare different varieties of dishes, including meat, eggs, vegetables, sauces, and certain grain dishes.

These healthier cooking oil tends to make our dishes look very demure, spicy, attractive, and soft, the healthiness of an oil when it comes off the grocery shelf is only part of the story involved.

Cooking oils have a range of smoke points or temperatures at which they’re no longer stable, as such, we should avoid using cooking oils for cooking at temperatures above their smoke point.

Its sweetness comes from the quality of fructose it contains.

However, some fruits are sweeter than others due to several factors, including their sugar, acidity, and ripeness. Fruits like bananas and grapes are naturally higher in sugars like fructose and glucose, contributing to their sweetness.

Fruits that are rich in potassium are Oranges, bananas, cantaloupes, honeydew, apricots, and grapefruit. Also, some dried fruits, such as prunes, raisins, and dates, are high in potassium.

There is no doubt that potassium is a mineral that’s found in some foods and sufficient potassium in our diet helps our body system to stay healthy. Therefore, it’s important to eat plenty of potassium-rich foods but we should only take it with a doctor’s prescription because too much of it can hurt kidney function, that is why it is good to always get the minerals from our diet, etc
