I am so happy to share with you my entry in this week's contest which is titled **One Picture and One Story by @suboohi. Thank you so much ma for this amazing contest.

This picture was taken with so much happiness, laughter, and joy.

The above picture is an image of me and my beloved sister, I am from a family of five, three boys and my beloved sister.

My sister left our home for logos because one of my aunties decided that she should stay with her, that the only thing that could separate her from my sister was if my sister grew up and got a man to marry.

At the time that my sister left us, she was four years old and right now, she is nineteenth years old. Since my sister left us, I have never seen her with my eyes again because she doesn't come home due to my aunty's busy lifestyle. Anytime my aunty left home for work my sister would always be at home with the kids.

Though I and my sister used to communicate by phone I have been yearning to see my only biological sister with my own eyes.

How I finally meet my sister after several years

One of my cousin's sisters wedded in the church on Saturday 2nd of November, 2024 and this wedding is a must for my aunty who my sister is staying with to attend because of our family wedding.

So, my aunty came home and decided to come along with my sister.

I was so happy when I finally met my lovely sister, for people who have only one biological sister in this world will understand the type of happiness and joy that filled my heart.

I see my sister as the mother that I have because our mother has been late for the past five years and my sister has been the one encouraging me about the challenges of life. Though she is currently 19 years old and I am twenty-nine years old which makes me her elder sister believe me, the level at which my sister reasons her things is something that I always imagine. My sister behaves and reason like an adult.
