Hello everyone
I am doing good what about my steeman family. My today post is quite different. We are living in different culture system, in few areas people are caring about their food.l while other did not bother it.


As i have been moving in differen schools and communities one issue i often faced people did not concern about healthy and balanced diet particularly about children diet. I often gave lecture about diet, today i thought to give a brief overview of benefits of egg in daily diet.
Here I will share the benefits of eggs if we are included in our diets.

Egg is only rich in protein?

The first point that comes to mind is its complete source of protein. If we are eating eggs daily is it safe for our ur health or heart health. Eggs are a rich source of cholesterol but at the same time, they also contain elements that can combat cholesterol such as vitamin B3, Choline, and lecithin.


So adverse effects of cholesterol can be overcome by the natural system of these elements in egg. Hence, this misconception is solved that they can any kind of cholesterol increase in the body.

Best source of protein

If we try to find the best source of protein. The answer is an egg. They are in the affordable range for everyone perhaps for those who could not afford any other source of protein. It's regarded as one best sources of protein.


If I talked about how much protein is present in an egg, it's about 7 grams of protein including full of nutrients too. Eggs are not only a complete source of protein for muscle but they also have additional properties that combat the body against cancer and other immunity-related factors.

Egg nutrients

Eggs are not rich in protein numerous other important nutrients are required in the body. It includes different vitamins such as vitamins A, D, and E and vitamins K1 and K2. It's a rich source of vitamin B and omega-3 fatty acids and much more etc.

Now the important debate is that which part of egg should be more healthy and rich in nutrients, it's general concepts mostly people eat egg white while while eat yolk only. It's preferred both should be eaten.

In the last I discuss about health benefits then egg 🥚 yolks are more rich in proteins and other essential nutrients as compared to egg white. It should be taught to children in childhood that egg is part of diet for proper growth of skin and muscles.
