I often travel by ferry in the Parramatta River in Sydney, especially on weekends, and feel this is the most fun and relaxing recreational activity to enjoy at any age, even my age. I feel like I am going back to my childhood when I used to swim in the River Gomati in Lucknow.

So I never miss taking photographs and saving them in my album. I love spending the day out on the water and enjoying the travel with my family and friends. It's a lot of fun taking in the fresh air and looking out at the beautiful scenery, and when I see a power boat going at 30 nautical miles and focusing on my Canon DSLR, or a Sony Cybershot is a major joy while traveling on a ferry, and taking pictures.

You know what! One gets to see all kinds of boats up close and far. One can also take photos, and to me, they'll look better than when I see them in books or videos because these boats are moving around. I feel the thrill of adventure and think I can also go on a boat like them.

The best part about going on a boat is the wide variety of activities to choose from. Whether you’re looking for an adventure or to unwind and chill on the water, there is a boating activity for everyone.

I am not sure, but this is my favorite hobby, traveling by ferry, especially on weekends, when it costs almost nothing, even if you travel for any distance and by any number of ferries.

What should I do on a boat all day? I am always looking for easy day trips on different ferries on different routes and taking photos. It gives me ideas and offers some fun suggestions. I learned about all the exciting and relaxing boat activities that the fun-loving riders keep doing in the Parramatta River and make boating fun.
