Steemit Engagement Challenge | S7W5 | Write A Short Story.
The story
Hello amazing friends, I am delighted to show my participation in the above topic which is to write a short story, and I am so glad to share about my friend Bella, life with her was not as easy as we all experienced, I feel her life experiences were so horrible and It's a thing to talk or share about so that the young ones growing up can learn her past experience so, keep reading friends.
Bella
Bella was age 12 when she got impregnated by a guy, she was in JSS 2 class in junior secondary school when the guy started making some moves on her, she is an orphan, she is been maltreated by her aunt Adora, so, one day, she ran away from the house and begged me to help her so she could stay with my parents. I spoke with my dad and mum, they agreed and we both lived together and go to school too together.
Her aunt never bothers to check or look for Bella because of her wicked heart. Bella got pregnant and when my parents noticed that, she was sent out of the house. I asked, Bella why were you so fooled to have him sleep with you and just use your brain? And all she could say is, I'm sorry in tears. There was nothing I could do so she left and kept suffering and for about 23 years I could not find her.
On a faithful morning, I heard knocks at the gate and who I could see is Bella. She narrated how it was not so easy for her in life, she had to break stones to sell to get food to eat with her daughter, I went begging by the street until one day a woman helped us, she had no child in her life, the husband was late and left alot of money.
She took good care of me and my baby and sponsored me in school and also my baby, she treated my baby as her child, just last year she died and willed us into some of her properties, my life is now beautiful and if I tell you this is my child, will you believe it? 😊
In conclusion, some people had life very difficult in their life experiences, it was hell for them but within a twinkle of an eye God brought help to them so, don't worry about your present situation, your helper will soon come but the right time
