The famous gas for laughing is nitrous oxide (N₂O) . Nitrous oxide is colourless and non flammable gas with the slightly sweat odor and taste. It has been used in various medical and dental procedures as anesthetic since the late 18th century.

When we inhaled the gas it induces a state of euphoria and laughter which is why it earn the nickname as a laughing gas. Instead of its medical use nitrous oxide is also utilised in the food industry in whipped cream and in the automatic interested to increase the power output of engines.

Cortisol hormone that is also known as the stress hormone. . It produce the response to stress by increasing our blood sugar and enhancing the usage of glucose by the brain also it help to increase the availability of substances that can you repair tissues.It is produced by adrenal gland that is located above the kidney

Cortisol also helps to regulate metabolism reduce inflammation and control the sleep awake cycle. Chronic high level of court is all due to prolong stress can lead to various health issues such as depression anxiety digestive problems heart disease and weight gain.

A leap year is here that has 29 days of February it of an occurs after the four years and the basic purpose of leap year is to help synchronise the calendar year with the solar year. In this way did length of the time Earth takes to complete its orbit is synchronised.

By adding an extra day to the calendar every four years we can keep our calendar in alignment with the earth revolutions.
