What Is The Difference Between Own Business And Job?

A business owner has an open portal to enjoying all the profits he gets, he cannot be directed or commanded when he is in his office, he is called a boss, respected and honoured. While a job working person has a fixed rules and regulations he or she follows and they dare not do things as it pleases them, they can be called the salary earners.

Own Business	Job
As a business owner, all the profits that are earned in your establishment will come to you directly without having to split it among your employees.	If you are a job worker, you cannot gain any share from the profit which your organisation will obtain, you are just meant to receive your fixed salary.
A business owners has the freedom to earn a salary and comfortably enjoy the profits of the business when it becomes successful.	As a salary earners in job, your income is more reliable than an earning of an income that comes from your business.
An own business don't get it's money based in a fixed time, but rather enjoys every minute profit.	If you come to work in a job, you get paid for your time.
Various business owners who run their own establishment feels excited and liberated and also provide them with a profound sense of achievement to their efforts.	On the contrary, working under someone else's company has its effect, such as stability, job security, etc.
They have enough time for themselves and can run their establishment as it pleases them.	A job worker have less time for themselves and don't have any authority over the organization they work for.

✅ Financial gains:
Everything has it's own risk, although owning a business of your own aligns with it's own financial risks but will also benefit from the financial rewards. I think having no employee or business partner will help you manage well for the little start.

Owning the business makes you feel like the boss. You absolutely do not have to depend on others or even get to discuss your decisions with them, knowing they might decieve you.
