You have indeed shared a great methods to stay on the go while studying. It's good to know that you prefer to make use of notebook to write down the facts you have understood, this method is one of the best for identifying areas that require more concentration. I also agree with you that students should also learn to control anxiety when studying by taking walks and learning to find the best of the situation.
