As we all know Hippocrates of Kos was a stunning scientist and is also known as the father of medicine.

Hippocrates was a Greek man by origin, because of his activeness in his career, this made him traditionally the father of medicine. The father of medicine Hippocrates of Kos was born in c. 460 bce and died during c. 375 bce.

Can egg yoke increase blood pressure?Myth or true.

An egg as we all know has positive impact in the body by building the muscles. It really has nothing to do with blood pressure so the answer to that question is Myth.

An egg is a proteinous food that has a lot of nutritional value. It contains Vitamin D3, Vitamin A and fatty acids. Eggs also servers as important ingredients in terms of cooking dishes like noodles and rice etc. An egg is really rich in vitamin and is advised by scientists to be eaten by man ones a day due to the nutritional value it has.

How much calories egg contains?

An egg is a proteinous food which calories vary depending on the size and how it's been prepared, but a egg which is of a medium size will definitely contains the approximated calories of 66 while an egg which is a large size will have 80 calories and lastly and egg of a small size will have 55 calories.
