All people strive for happiness, prosperity and a quality, energetic life. The modern rhythm of life is fast and brings a lot of stress. Achieving the standard that society imposes requires a person to make some sacrifices: lack of sleep, fast food, overwork, and neglecting health for the sake of money and entertainment.

As if all the comforts, high technology and advanced medicine can make the life of modern man perfect and disease-free... However, the best care for each person (when he is able to take care of himself) depends mostly on himself him.

Neglecting the basic rules for a healthy life can soon lead to the loss of our most basic need for happiness - health. And good health depends on many factors, including genetic inheritance, environment and living conditions, family values, exercise, stress and, last but not least, healthy nutrition.

Eating every day adds to our body certain substances that come into direct contact with the body. Like the air we breathe and the water we drink, the food we eat comes into direct contact with our body. This should make us especially alert to each of these things.

It is necessary to know some basic principles regarding healthy eating if we want to feel good and lead a quality life. In this post I will try to introduce you to some of them.

Don't eat late at night before going to bed - a basic principle if you want to implement a healthy diet
Digestion in the stomach takes from half an hour to a day depending on the type of food you have taken. In the evening, after eating, it is good to leave 3-4 hours before going to bed. The reason for this is that the stomach needs a lot of energy to process the ingested food, and sleep is a state in which the processes in the body slow down. Metabolism is slower, and sleeping on a full stomach can be quite restless.

Another reason not to eat immediately before sleep is the possibility of developing reflux due to the pressure that the food in the stomach exerts on the cardia. The cardia is a kind of non-return valve that allows food to pass one way from the esophagus to the stomach and is not consciously controlled. In case of disturbances in its activity, it weakens and food can return to the esophagus. In this case, you will feel heartburn and burning "under the spoon".

Don't overeat even on healthy foods if you want to maintain a healthy diet
Many people believe that once a food is good for health, it can be consumed in unlimited quantities. However, everything must be measured. Overdoing anything has negative health consequences. Food is no different. It is believed that the best time to stop eating is just before one feels full.

Be careful with drastic weight loss diets, veganism, and juicing or water treatments
Of course, chronic malnutrition, which is sometimes recommended to treat certain problems, has its own dangers. The basic building blocks of life as we know it - DNA chains - are made up of amino acids. The construction of the cell can only be carried out in the presence of all the "building materials" - the amino acids. When the supply of available amino acids is exhausted, cell construction stops.
For this reason, vegans must be especially careful about getting all the essential amino acids in the body. Not all essential amino acids and vitamin B12 are found in plant foods. There is a danger that deficiencies of certain substances, vitamins or amino acids will appear in the body. This can occur after years of malnutrition, but the process can lead to a number of health complications and even death.

Eat a varied diet and be moderate with some foods when maintaining a healthy diet
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the food pyramid places the least needed foods at the top, and the foods we need to consume the most at the bottom. It is good to be familiar with the foods that we should not take too often and in large quantities, because these are usually tasty, but also heavy on the body foods. Fruits and vegetables can be freely consumed if you do not suffer from any disease that prevents you.
Meat foods contain many toxins and animal fats, which are the main causes of atherosclerosis, cancer, hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. Keep in mind that the main cause of death in the world is cardiovascular diseases - stroke, heart attack and cancer. You should not overdo it with animal fats, which accumulate on the inside of the blood vessels in the form of the well-known cholesterol.
For a healthy diet, the use of refined sugar, hydrogenated fats and sweet delicacies should also be limited. Their excessive use leads to various disease states - at least obesity and loss of self-esteem.

Don't eat by the way
This is something important! Do not neglect eating, because it is no coincidence that we feel pleasure when we do it. You may have noticed that when a person is not calm, he does not eat willingly. Feeding should not be done while standing. Give him time and a calm atmosphere. It is best to eat at home, in nature or at a restaurant where there is no too loud music and emotions. Calmness is necessary for good digestion.

An important principle of healthy eating is, once you have taken the main meal, not to eat anything between meals. This can cause heartburn, fermentation with swelling of the stomach and intestines and other problems. The reason for them is in the lower ring-shaped muscle called the pylorus, which closes the exit to the duodenum when food enters the stomach. If you had lunch before, there is food in the stomach that is almost digested, but because of the new addition, the pylorus closes the exit and all the contents are processed anew. This staying of the old food in the stomach is not recommended and can cause side effects and problems.

Dear friend, you delicacy is truly yummy because for days now nothing has really caught my attention untill i found, this yummy delicacies. Food brings about satisfaction, happiness etc, it is said that an hungry man is an angry man, I believe it is not all food that brings satisfaction. But i think key to many this delicacies will bring.
