The Diary Game || 27-05-24 || Shopping in the heart of my City and promoting steemit on social media

The picture shown above is actually a bend down select stand which shows that I went out for shopping in the heart of my City. This shopping was under intense heat and pressure but I had to do the needful. The world's celebration say it's children's Day. It was today I knew that even to spend money is difficult except it's the kind of money you know you'll get back in days.

You'll need to budget as you'll negotiate, you'll first thing of what to buy so as not to buy unplanned things, you'll have to calculate your expenses at the end of the day. You shouldn't spend more than you budgeted and your budget should have a gap in the amount in case of swings in prices of commodities. My day was well filled;

• Academically
• Physically
• Spiritually and
• Socially.

Such a balanced day. Let me journey you through starting with how much day was socially filled.

Morning Activities

It was a Monday morning, the beginning of start of a new week. Whatever you do determines how your week would be. I started my day with some spiritual activities by examining the scriptures with my family but I'll channel the academic first before going spiritual.

Academically

It was children's Day and marked public holiday nationwide. Tertiary institutions were excluded from this holiday so I had lectures to attend that morning. I did my preparations that morning and left to a friend's house to share some information that seems useful to them as a whole. I spent also an hour there trying to drill them on some life changing information which they later thanked me for my time spent.

I then left for school from there. I boarded vehicles from my house to the junction and from the junction to my campus. The use of means of identification to enter the campus is a mandatory rule for all students. This I used to gained entrance in the school.

When I got on campus, it was much more lively than I expected. I mety coursemates which we spent quality time together trying to reason on certain things about life and the likes. I met two steemians who whirled the whole time with me while waiting for the lecturer to commence her class. These two steemians are @uduak3287 and @dwings. Our discussion was done at length and I didn't fail to capture the moment as it would always be pleasurable to do so.

After having such quality time with them,I switched my mode from academic to social life. I surfed the net to check and reply unanswered messages. I also took to telling the people who joined the mentorship group I created for steemit promotion what steemit entails. It was the best of social life I had in a long while. I just resumed my promoting steemit on different social medias. The interactions were quality though. I then opened the floor for questions before telling them how to sign up on the platform.

After spending ample time there, I took to shopping in the heart of my street which is closer to my campus. On leaving campus, I purchased a chilled tiger nut drink from my plug at a subsidized rate of 250 naira. I bought it to air the heat out of my body while walking under the hot sun. My friend actually sent money for the shopping . This I was very grateful. He specifically wanted me to use it for this. Who am I? So I embarked. These were my budgets.

If I'm to tell you that I spent 2 hours buying these things, you'll not believe me. It looks small but to go round the streets looking for quality products was what consumed my time. Asides that, looking for what suits me best and negotiating prices to meet my budget was another factor. I end up not spending more than what I budgeted. I'm a real economists. So let me take you down to what and where I made these purchases.

I took to purchasing a bag first before other things. I met 3 vendors who didn't agree to my budget not untill I met the last person who reluctantly agreed to sell it off at the price I told him. I actually budgeted 5,000 naira but ended up spending 4,500 for the bag. These are pictures of bags there and picture of the one I purchased. It wasn't easy looking for a quality bag to purchase.

After leaving that place, I took to meeting a jean and house wear vendor. I did my selections to which best suits me before making purchases. It was difficult though and the negotiations in prices consumed my time. I later agreed to pay #8,000 for both house wears and the jean. These are pictures.

I then left for where I can buy quality shirt. I met a vendor who pressured me to buy his shirts which looked so attractive. At the end, I bought it but with my money. I then took to leaving the market as it was already late. I was extremely tired and worn out.
My eyes nearly pulled out because of nature's call.

Even at that, I took to receiving spiritual food by attending a meeting that deliberated on why we shouldn't worry about our problems as we have a God who can work things out for us in whatever way possible. This gave me hope rather than dwelling on my problems which will in turn add more problems to me on the long run.

After the meeting, I left for home of which I stumbled at the commissioned road banner by the road side. The road was commissioned finally by my state former governor. He was live there with the current state governor. I then left for home, had my breakfast and did other activities online.

That was how I ended my day.
