Vitamin D is an important element for the human body. What can happen if there is vitamin D in the human body, the muscles of the body will ache, the hair on the head will start to fall, the gums will swell and bleed, there may be disturbances in digestion after eating. Not only that, the body weight decreases, Weakness will be felt all the time. As far as I know vitamin D is available from the sun, orange juice, soy silk, vitamin D from whole grains. Vitamin D helps the body make protein. Vitamin D regulates phosphorus and calcium in the human body. It is very important for the protection of bones, muscles and teeth in the human body. Not only that, vitamin D prevents many diseases in the human body.

Vitamin D daily requirement?

Human body needs vitamin D every day, according to our taste, if we want to fill the deficiency of vitamin D every day, then we can eat cheese, mushrooms, oily fish or sea fish, eating eggs will fill the deficiency of vitamin D. But it is not possible for everyone to eat or maintain these. Those who belong to lower class families can eat sea fish, because there are many fish available at a much lower price than other fish. Another thing is that vitamin D is obtained from the sun's rays, but it should be remembered that if the sunlight hits the body in the morning, then the deficiency of vitamin D is met. Vitamin D capsules or tablets are available in the market, which can be used to compensate for vitamin D deficiency. But one thing to remember is that vitamin D medicine should not be taken on a full stomach or it will not work fully.

Vitamin D monthly requirement?

Vitamin D may not be essential in different countries of the world. Depending on the country's climate. But according to my knowledge human body needs 400 IU to 800 IU per day depending on age. However, I don't know exactly what amount of vitamin D is required per day, but according to my opinion, the dose should be given according to age. Otherwise, it won't work.
