so we first took a four centimeter long chart to make it.Place the scale on top of the chart and draw a line with the help of marker

so that the chart can be easily cut and cut the chart well with the help of scissors.

To make the bottom part of the cake, we took another chart and cut it round.

Next, this is the bottom part of the cake.And to make the top part of the cake, we will take another chart and cut it into circles.

To fence around the cake, cut two wide strips of chart paper and roll up the strip.And we will stick the strip with the help of gum

that we cut round.The strip is being glued with the help of glue and the bottom part is ready.And the second round that we glued with the help of grief will make the top layer of the cake fence.

Make a third round and glue it on top of each other to make the second layer.Now take the glitter sheet and use it to decorate the cake and make a small strip with the help of this sheet.And this strip will be applied to the bottom and top of the cake. Now I will cut the third line of the foam sheet.

And will apply it around the cake, after applying the glitter sheet, will make some lines with the help of the computer sheet.Cover the top layer of the cake with the computer sheet and cover the second layer in the same way.With the help of computer sheet, make small dots on the cake

and put small candles on it, which is made with the help of computer sheet.
