Sharing my general knowledge week 6
I am enthusiastic about participating in the contest offered by @sahar78 on Steem for Pakistan. The contest is on the idea of "Sharing your broad knowledge." Let's begin by asking thought-provoking questions to demonstrate our knowledge and improve our shared learning experience.
Asia is the biggest and most populated of all continents and stretches from the cold Frozen Arctic to the tropical equator. It encompasses Eastern Asia, Southeastern Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, and Western Asia, all characterized by distinct cultures and economic structures. Asia is regarded as the cradle of major religions and early civilization; it is also the center of the largest trading economies and technology-driven in certain developed nations today. For this reason, its culture and economy make it such an interesting continent of importance in the world.
Among the new findings, it was established that red blood cells have a life span of 120 days, whence they are cleared out by the spleen, liver, and bone marrow.. New RBC synthesis occurs in the process called erythropoiesis in the bone marrow and is stimulated by the hormone called EPO. So, if for some reasons the oxygen concentration in tissues is low, then the kidneys produce EPO that in turn influences the bone marrow to produce RBC in a continuous cycle so that oxygen transport in the body is maintained to the optimum level.
Olives contain high amounts of vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant. This vitamin which is soluble in fat is particularly important in shielding cells from damage created by free radicals. Oxidants are reactive to cells and they are considered toxic chemicals due to their radical characteristics. It is a fat-soluble nutrient that is required for the health of the skin, eyes as well as the immune forces. Furthermore, micronutrients present in the olives are, monounsaturated omega fatty acids, which are favorable to prevent chances of heart diseases. These fats improve the status of HDL cholesterols and hence; reduce the rate of heart diseases. Olives also contain some other vitamins and minerals in meaningless quantities of vitamin A, vitamin K, calcium as well as iron.

Great knowledge, not being medically inclined doesn't mean we can't learn something new about our health. I'm not a medical personnel, but I've learnt significantly and how olives can be used to prevent heat diseases.
Thank you for the invitation, kudos to you.
It is very true olives in general are nutritional powerhouse, boasting high levels of vitamin E, a potent antioxidant that protects cells from damage, and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats that support immune function, skin, and eye health, making them a great addition to a healthy diet!"
I wish you good luck 😃
