✅What do you understand by the word Church?
The word, Church means the temple of God. The Holy place where believers goes to worship,pray and wait upon the Lord. In Christianity, there are different denomination but we all serve the living God. We serve only one God and he alone is the Almighty, ,Christians see reasons to worship his majesty In a place called the church.
We should also know that there is a difference between a church and the building we referred to as a church. A believer is the church and the Bible says that we are the temple of the Holy spirit therefore our bodies are the church however, the coming together of believers is what makes it what is called a church.
✅How often do you go to church and what's the name of your church?
I go to church every Sunday, I belong to a fellowship group whereby we go to church every Thursdays and Saturdays of the week. Thursdays are for teaching while Saturdays are for practices against on Sunday service in the morning on Sunday.
The name of the church I attend is ECWA meaning the Evangelical Church Winning All. This is one of the churches with large population of members in the North central part of Nigeria. The mode of our worship is so simple and straight forward and I love everything we do in the church, I also enjoy the Girl's Brigade fellowship group of the church.
✅Tell us the benefits of going to church.
There are many benefit attached to when we go to church, God blesses those who go to church, he also assign favour to our ways, God in his mercy answeres our prayers when we go to church and surrender to him. The church is a place of encounter and where we get to hear God speaking. In the presence of God there is fullness of Joy so in his presence, the joy of the Lord is found and it's another benefits of going to church. When you go to church, you listen to the word and get admonished. Also, we grow spiritually when we go to church everyday.
✅Which steemian do you want to go to church with, someday?
I would have loved to go to church with every steemians and since it's just but one person I will have to choose then the steemian Would want to go to church with someday is my mentor @dave-hanny. There is joy in serving God with the people you know, to dance crazily and happily in God's presence.
