Hello Friends how are you? I hope all the well and happy. Today this is my first post on pakistan community and today i will come to write my new post on steemit blog.
Through this post i am going to participate in this contest tha is orgnaized by @aaliarubab. so let's discuss about my favorite Ramadan Dish
One of my favored dishes in Ramdan is Potatosamosas.Its veritably delicious and a mouth soddeningdish.l simply like to consume it.
Ingredients

| 04 | Twenty grams of ghee |
| 05 | Spices |
Garam Masala Powder1/4 Teaspoon Ground Red Chilli1/4 Tablespoon Diced Red Chilli1/4 Teaspoon Sourdough1/4 Teaspoon Ground Coriander1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric1/4 Teaspoon Onion( diced) Green chillies( finely diced) Five to eight green coriander as needed oil painting for frying
Process Cooking.
Mix flour, ghee, swab and celery with water in a coliseum and keep away for half an hour.
Also toast oil painting in a visage and shindig onion in it for 1 nanosecond also add green chillies, boiled and mashed potatoes, crushed garam masala, diced red chillies, sour cream, dried coriander, swab, turmeric and green coriander. Let's go together. Make 3 further masalas and keepaside.Make small balls of the dough and also make small galettes.
Also divide it into two corridor and fill each part with the set admixture and press it from one side and fold it from the other side and make samosas. 5 also toast oil painting in a visage and deep shindig the samosas until golden brown. After that, take out the samosas on a towel paper for some time so that the redundant oil painting is absorbed in it. Delicious samosa is ready.
