When we are talking about teeth clinching we are also expected to know its meaning as well.

Teeth clinching can be defined as the closing or holding of the teeth together and also tightening the jaw muscles.

Causes of clinching

  • Bruxism is one of the major causes of clinching. Bruxism can be referred to as often stress and uncomfortable pain. Bruxism is often caused by pain, anger, and also frustration.

  • Teeth clenching is also caused by depression, overthinking, and reaction to certain issues in life you have to learn to be calm.


How to prevent Teeth clinching

  1. To prevent or stop teeth clinching totally you are expected to reduce stress which may help to treat bruxism.

  2. Also try to learn to adapt to some depression-reduction methods that will also help to fight against bruxism.

  3. Make sure you exercise regularly and take your bath constantly in other to maintain proper health status.

  4. To ensure that you don't have Teeth clinching you need to make sure you practice good sleep habits to avoid bruxism.

  5. Ensure you go for a medical check-up concerning your teeth.

  6. Keep your teeth clean at all times.


Muscle cramps can be caused by what?

Before we begin to talk about the causes of muscle cramps we need to know its meaning. Here it is.

Muscle cramps can be defined as uncomfortable, painful, uncontrollable spasms or contractions of the muscles.


Causes of muscle cramps

  1. Muscle cramps can be caused by lack of exercise and dehydration.

  2. Muscle cramps can also be caused by poor posture and not having the minimum amount of stretch a person needs in a day.

  3. Muscle cramps can also be caused by muscle fatigue and lacking mineral salts.

  4. Having low antibiotics like calcium and low magnesium is responsible for the proper functioning of the nerve tissues.


Prevention of muscle cramps

  1. Always ensure you take a massage regularly.

  2. To prevent muscle cramps you also need to eat foods like vegetables, beans, and fruits.

  3. Ensure to take proper medications.

  4. Always stretch your legs at night before going to bed for sleep.


Fruit rich in iron is?

There are a lot of fruits that are rich in iron which are.

  • prunes help to lower the bad cholesterol and also aid proper digestion.

  • Strawberry.

  • Apple is also one of the fruits that is really rich in iron.

  • watermelon is also a good example of iron iron-rich fruits
