Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends, how are you all? Hope you all are doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the infinite mercy of Allah. Today I am going to participate in a contest organized by "Steem For Pakistan" community. Today's contest topic is SEC-S14 /W5|"Job or Business what's your Preference?"This is a very good contest. First of all I want to thank @hive-180106 for making such a beautiful contest. Today I am going to answer the questions of this competition so let's start.
| How do you manage your monthly budget in a job or Business? |

As I am now a student person, I will definitely get a job or a businessman to take me after being educated. And if I am employed then from there of course I am every month. I will get it at the end of a certain month.

I must save the rest of the money after covering the whole month's expenses from that salary. And thus it is possible to plan a budget with the monthly salary of the job. And if I run a small business, I will definitely benefit more from planning this budget.
Because the business will be my own I will be able to set aside monthly expenses and in this way I will be able to plan a budget very easily. It is possible if everything is done correctly.

What is skill or education important to get a good job or run a successful business? I think definitely skill education is needed in both job or business. Why not because an uneducated person does not get a job in any organization. When a student passes engineering in any job way he is highly respected and that job is taken seriously. And besides, education and skills are also needed in the job field.
Otherwise, those people will not be able to succeed in the job field and they will not be able to read their work carefully. On the other hand, if a person wants to do business, he must acquire skills and education. In order to establish, many things have to be taken into account.
And to keep it that way he must be educated and lucky. Then we can work successfully in job or business. On this occasion it can be said that skills and education are very important for managing home business to get job.

I definitely want to be a successful businessman. And for this I have to work hard. Nothing happens without hard work. And when I work hard I will build a company and make different types of products in that company. I can't do those things myself. So workers have to be brought from outside. Hey, I am a successful businessman as a result.
He can be the boss. Because a common man can be a boss if he has the will and if he works hard enough to build a company he can be. And of course he can become a successful businessman. So my wish is that I must work hard to become a successful businessman and become a boss inshallah.

I am still a student person though. So I am not in any job position or engaged in business yet. I am currently studying and gaining skills. But yes I will definitely get a job after my education. And if for some reason it is painful to get a job, then I will do a business. Because I plan to succeed in business only.
And through business you can change yourself because if I work I may have to order someone but if I do business I can order people myself. So I would definitely prefer a business. And when I grow up I will definitely start a business and share that success story. Because I myself am a student now so I don't have any business or job. Thanks everyone for doing my post.
