SEC-S14 /W5|"Job or Business what's your Preference?"

Hello steemians am happy to be back after some months of being offline due to some circumstances. Am glad to be here once again, I am starting my blogging again with this interesting and reformative topic.
Job is good for graduates but business is the best because it is self employment. You direct yourself, tell your self when to leave the house and come back home without answering "Yes Sir" to anyone. You count your money on daily basis unlike those working for a Boss, that wait till month end before receiving salary.

How do you manage your monthly budget in a job or Business?

In managing your monthly budget as a business person you have to strategize. A business person doesn't leave their money in bank but rather they expansate their business. They order more goods and stock up their shop. So in managing your monthly budget you have to look at your own personal needs, your feeding for the month and and maybe set aside some money for emergency. Every day is not Christmas for business people, there are days market sell very well unlike other days and that's why we map out plans for the month. You save small and put the rest in your business.

Skill or Education what is important for getting a handsome Job or running a successful business?

Education is good but Skill remains the best in running a successful business. Coming to Igbo land, there is what we call "boi" which means serving your master for a certain period of time, thereby learning that skill under your master until you are perfect and ready to settle on your own. During this time you will be equipped mentally on how to run this business. You will be taught on how to reply customers, sell and make gain, record sells and debit, and also know some customers both consumers and suppliers. Still under your master you will be given a shop to manage, this is to test you and see your ability in handling your own business. If you do well, that means you are ready to be on your own and you will be settled.

Do you want to become a Boss or A Successful Businessman?

I rather be a successful businessman than being a Boss. Business gives you time to do your personal chores than being a Boss and going to work almost everytime and having chances only on Sundays and answering yes Boss, closing the office and opening it. Being a successful business man you are sure of a daily income, you are sure of supplying goods worth thousands or millions, you will have warehouses and branches and have people working for you. Business people make it more than Bosses.

Successful story of your preference Job or Business?

I started selling material business when I was 19years old. Following my mom to market every market day some times under the rain is awful but I had to put more effort. She taught me on how to measure material and how to cut it to be straight. I made sure I learnt it very well. Today my mom has bought motorcycle for her business and am in higher institution selling Ankara material to sustain myself and I have been using it to pay up some bills and buy some text books.
