Hello everyone hope that all of are doing well and I am also fine. Today the contest is about favorite food so I am going to share with you my favorite dish with you.

BBQ:

BBQ is one of my favorite food and it is on the top of my favorite meal.

Barbecue is a cooking method that includes grilling or burning of meat, fish or vegetable on a fire or burning coal.
I use aluminum foil, by molding it around ,especially on, meat than I put it on burning coal for about 30 min. It requires certain rotation to be cooked, the rotation of meat is done so that it could be saved from burning and cooked equally. Many people leave cuts on the surface of meat so that it can be cooked easily and early and the inner side should not be left un-cooked. We marinate the meat in a sauce including vinegar and garlic so it taste becomes wonderful and everyone crave for it. Furthermore, tomatoes and potatoes can also be grilled with it for taste.
Lastly, it is main food enjoyed in gathering with family members. Price of lamb meat is Rs.1800.

Junk Food:

The next food that I like is burgers and french fries. Mostly, I eat these food in some occasion not every time. We enjoy this food with friends when we visit restaurants.

Mango Milkshake:

Now! let's get to milk shakes. My favorite milk shake is of mango. It is a refreshing juice which is for hot weathers. It is very delicious and filled with nutrients which boosts energy. Our country also produces great quality of mangoes which are consumed internally and exported externally to many countries. Price of 1 kg mangoes are 400 pkr.
