We are supposed to soak some sunshine each day. We are no less than an indoor plant these days. It's important for our body to get that vitamin D for strong bones. Make sure to not get out during intense sunlight which can damage your skin.

Go out during the time of Sun set or rise when sunlight is mild and more beneficial for the body.

It not only boosts your health but also feels good. You also get a chance to click aesthetic shots as shown below to participate in the contest of @uzma4882

It was a summer evening trip with friends to kill the heat. Just look at the grey waves of water which have my heart. Grey sky and water sandwiching the tiny orange ball of sun.}

This picture was taken in summers in the last hours of the day. I went to the rooftop and saw the sky in smoky orange colour. I couldn't resist taking its many shots. My camera didn't do justice, sky was actually more horribly pretty in reality}

I was clicking the sunset scene, he thought i was clicking his pictures. So, he started posing different pose, though he made sure to look candid in all. He was actually looking a tiny creature with a giant Sun behind him}
