The most stronger and powerful antioxidant in body is glutathione. Glutathione is a small protein made up of three amino acids: glutamine, systelne, and glycelne. It is produced naturally in your body as is found in every cell. Glutathione is often called " Master antioxidants" because it is extremely effective at neutralizing free radicals. Our body's glutathione level can be depleted by poor diet, stress, toxins, and aging.
