Because they are unemployed despite their qualifications, they have a lot of responsibilities but they do not get jobs due to which they are left behind. And they can't achieve it even by keeping their progress in front. You will take a very good step for them and at the same time when we give free education then everyone will come to school colleges university with the love of study.
