Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @aaliarubab in the Steem For Pakistan community. The topic of this contest is "The Digital Connection: Showcasing the Influence of Devices in Our Lives". So let's start without any more delay of time.

Do you love technology and digital life?

As we all know that currently we are living in an era of science and modern technology. However no one can deny the use of technology and almost every one want to live a modern life. Yes I also love technology and digital life. Now a days the technology has become a very integral part of our lives. Everyone want to have the new and advanced modes of technology in his life.

Technology has brought so many changes in the life of humans and made their lives digital and more easier. You can see around us there are many things which we do with the help of technology. When we talk about the mobile phone which is composed of digital technology, has changed the whole life of human. I consider it the most advanced form of technology. More ever there many examples which we can see around us.

Which Digital devices you prefer to use in your daily life?

As I mentioned above that currently we can not Deny the use of digital devices in our lives so I also use so many digital devices in my daily life. Some of them are given below.

Mobile Phone: As we all know that mobile phone is a very useful digital device which has brought so many changes in our lives. So I also use mobile phone in doing different activities such as for calling, keeping a connection with friends and relatives, using social media etc. In addition I'm also using mobile phone to work on Steemit platform.
USB drive: USB is a pen type data transfer digital device. And I'm use this device to transfer data from one computer to another or one mobile to another. It can also store and save our data in TB storages.
Smart Watch: The smart watch is new and advanced digital device which is used to connect with mobile phone. When it is connected with a phone it acts as a mini mobile and we don't have need of keeping mobile phone in our pocket. We can control our mobile phone activities in this device.
Air Conditioner: The Air Conditioner is also a type of digital device which provides us cool air in the hot summer. They keep our rooms cool. But nowadays the use of inverters is increasing because they can provide both heat and cool in summer and winter respectively.

Besides them there are so many digital devices which I'm using in my daily life. But some of them I use rarely so which I use the most I have discussed about them above.

What are some positive and negative effects of your dependence on digital devices?

However the digital devices are made for the benefits of humans but they also have some negative effects on the lives of humans. In point of view it all depends upon the use of their devices like when we use them for our work they provide us the positive effects but when we use them in doing some useless activities then they put some bad effects on us. Let's discuss their positive effects.

Positive Effects

The use of digital has improved our communication such as we can communicate with the people of different countries in the world.
The digital devices made our work easier such as the kitchen appliances which are composed digital technology are very useful in making the food.
The Digital devices are a huge source of information and knowledge. We can get information about each and every in our mobile phone in just one click by using internet.
Some Digital devices are also a source of entertainment. We can listen songs, watch movies and entertain ourselves with the use of digital devices such as laptop and mobile.

Negative Effects

The dependance on the digital devices can cause serious health issues. Like too much use of social media and playing games can be very nasty for health.
The too much use of these devices can also cause the eyesight problems, body aches and sleep disturbance.
Spending too much time on digital devices can also destroy the social relationships. It can decline the physical relationship between the friends and dear Ones.
The use of digital devices can also affect the brain and its thinking ability. The extensive use of these devices can cause the memory loss problems.
