How can we reduce our reliance on fossil fuels?

As we all know that fossil fuels are the non renewable natural resources which are found under the earth. That are made of the dead bodies of plants and animals that were buried under the earth million years ago. Then due to various reactions their bodies are converted into gas, crude oil, petroleum and coal. Currently the rate of population is increasing day by day due to which the consumption of the fossil fuels are also increasing. Now we have to reduce our reliance on these fossil fuels. In my point of view following steps would be helpful in reducing their consumption.

• To reduce the consumption of petrol and diesel we should prefer local transport instead of personal vehicle.

• Now a days the cars and bikes have arrived in the market which can run with the electricity. We should promote that type of vehicle and through this we can save our money and petrol.

• We should generate electricity through the windmills instead of coal and petroleum this we can save these both.

• The science has also introduced a process through which we can make gas from animal's dung. This biogas can use in cooking.

• We should also use renewable resources such as solar energy to generate electricity.

• The water is also natural resource we should also use it wisely. And through the dams and turbines we can also generate electricity.

What are some effective strategies for recycling and waste management?

There are so many effective strategies are available which can be helpful for recycling of waste material. Let's discuss about them.

• First of all we should separate the waste material and then dispose them separately. For example we should separate the waste things such as plastic bags, food scraps and yard trimmings. Then the plastic should be given to the recycling center and the food scraps and yard trimmings should be buried into the soil. Thus it converts into the natural fertilizers which should be helpful for the plants and increase the fertility of soil.

• The government should introduce the recycling plants outside the city and also keep some large boxes in the colonies. Through this people can put the domestic waste in these boxes and then it can dispose collectively.

• We should also prefer the disposable items in our daily use such as the disposable kitchen items and other things.

How can we create a greener and more sustainable future?

For making our future more greener and more sustainable future collective efforts are required. Basics it is a right of every individual to take a part in that kind of activities. So let's discuss some key points there.

• In order of saving natural resources we should increase the use of renewable resources. We should also reduce our dependence on oil, gas and petroleum. In this regard we should promote solar energy, biogas, wind and geothermal power.

• We should also change our transportation style and try to use public transport. And for going up to a short distance we should use cycle and sometimes cover that distance on feet.

• We should also support nature and try to grow more and more trees. We should also promote natural soil and use gas made of animal's dung and plant wastes. This will decrease the use of artificial fertilizers.
