The Diary Game - 05.04.2024 : A very boring day
Some days can be so fun you would reach it never come to an end, others would be so bad you'd reach the day never came. And we have days that are in the middle, neither fun nor bad; just boring.
That is how yesterday was for me, although it started pretty much well but after the morning activities the rest of it was me being bored at home.

In the morning I woke up abd prayed as usual, I cleaned up, warmed my food and did the dishes. LL this while my battery was low and my phone stayed off. When I was done with my morning chores I lay down on my bed and stared at the ceiling hoping for electric power to be restored. This never happened but my neighbour turned on his generator and I rushed downstairs to charge my phone,other people in the compound came out with their extension sockets to also charge their devices.
While our phones was charging I decided to join my neighbours in playing football inside the compound. I kept two stones, on on top of the other and challenged them to hit the stone with the ball. Two of them who are good at playing football were able to hit the stone.

We played deep into the afternoon when the generator finally went off. I went to get my phone only to realise it was not charging. "Arhhh" I exclaimed. That is the real definition of pain, apparently someone else had come and disturbed the connection which stopped my phone from charging. I was just too weak.
I took my charger inside and kept it then I slept off.
When I woke up I did some reading and ate my lunch then I went outside to check if there was any place to charge my phone but there wasn't any so I came back home to wait till evening.

In the evening I went out around 8pm and charged my phone as a game center. I stayed there and watched my phone so it would not get stolen.
When it was upto 60% I unplugged it and went to a shop to buy foodstuffs to cook for the night. I bought pork, 5 cups of rice, seasoning cubes, onions, pepper, tomatoes and curry. I also bought detergent and bag of satchet water. Total expenditures about ₦5,000 which is 15 steem.
When I got home I got into the kitchen and began to cook.
I prepared the ingredients and then started cooking.

After about an hour the food was done, I dished some for myself and ate with my satchet water.

That's basically how my Friday went yesterday and it was very boring.
