The best way to get your children to love you is by being their best friend and getting them to truat enough to tell yoi whatever problems they face. Not like how most of us grew up, scared to talk to our parents because we are certain it will land us a slap or flogging.
It's important to educate your children about what to expect from the society early unlike some African parents that feels like they wouldn't want to expose their children to sexual education.
Parents must know the right age to start educating their children about the right and wrong and what to do in any unexpected situation.
That is it my friend, I don't know where that mentality of being scared to tell our parents things those days.
Meanwhile it's not our fault it was improper education and lack of friendly relationship between parents and children.
