Gender Equality.

Gender equality means that everyone have the right to treated them same, without regard if they are the boy or girl and man or woman. The men right is more then the women but It's about being just and giving them everyone the same chances to succeed in their life. This can also includes equal pay for their equal work, equal access to the education and healthcare centre, and protection from violence and abuse.
By achieving the gender equality, a type of world will be created where everyone can succeed and reach their full potential, regardless of their gender. This equality can help us to build a fair and just society where everyone has their opportunity to succeed and enjoying their happy life.

Advantage of Gender Equality.

Here some of the advantages of the gender equality.

1. Both men and women have the equal number of opportunity to success in their career, education and their life.

2. A fair and a justice society come into being where everyone have equal respect and spend their life happily.

3. Due to equality the number of crime such as violence and harassment can be reduced and the society can be very peaceful.

4. It can be very helpful for the better communication between two gender and it can be easily to understand the feeling with each other.

5. It can be the cause of reducing poverty and having equal income oppertunity.

Gender equality is very important for everyone, not just for women because it can also helps men by allowing them to express their emotions and be themselves without fear of any kind of judgment. It helps women by giving them the equal opportunities and civil rights. Gender equality can also makes families stronger and communities more balanced but most importantly, it creates a fair and justice world where everyone can succeed. By promoting gender equality, we can build a society that have more values and respects everyone, in spite of their gender.

In my county Pakistan this gender equality is a big challenge for everyone because women and girls face some problems like they are not being able to go to school they did not allow to go to school, not having good job opportunities, but being treated them fairly at home and in society. The country's laws and customs often favor men, making it hard for women to have equal rights. To make things better mu country Pakistan needs to change, educate people need to treat women with respect, and give women more opportunities to participate in decision-making for their future, career, and their marriage life. This can make women and girls in Pakistan having a brighter future and be treated as equals.

This is important to teach kids about the gender equality for creating a fair and justice world.
Firstly a men or a father need to start teaching him by showing them that everyone is equal, no matter if they are a boy or girl. Teach them by sharing household responsibilities and decisions with your partner, when your kids see that both men and women can do anything. Teach kids to be kind and understand others emotions and feelings. Use everyday situations to explain why gender equality is important. Help kids think logically about what they see in media, like movies and TV shows. But the most important thing that you have to open conversations with kids, so they feel comfortable by asking questions and sharing their thoughts not just about gender equality but in every situation.
