Hi @leonciocast, it was nice to read your post, when you say that if people use their communication skills correctly they can gain power over that auditorium. I can only confirm that, often people get upset with something not because of the bad results but because they were not told the possibility of such outcome.

Communication even can accept the bitter truth without being upset if it is done correctly in an appropriate way.

It would be good if people could learn and also wish to learn communication skills probably it would help to improve the situation in many cases :)
