Hello guys how are we doing it's beautiful to always be among you guys and it feels good to share the best you can with others welcome to my kitchen once more

Today's recipe is simple all I need to do is go to the market and purchase all the ingredients I need for the special soap which is called groundnut soup groundnut soup is one of the easiest made soups here in the North with just little ingredients you can have it as dinner or lunch scientist made us understand that groundnuts offered our body with vitamin b and also it help to irregulate our blood closure and also it has a very important part in producing fats in our body it lower some diseases

LIST OF INGREDIENTS AS FOLLOW

  • Ground groundnut
  • Onions
  • Crayfish
  • Pepper
  • Cow skin
  • Red oil
  • Zobo leaf
  • Maggie

STEP ONE I bought all the ingredients and prepared them for the soup

. first I Grind the groundnut
. second I pound pepper onions and crayfish then place my port on the fire

STEP TWO I put red oil pounded pepper onions and crayfish together in one pot then I added to Maggie

STEP THREE I allow it to hot for 1 minute then I mix it for 30 seconds on fire depending on the fire level it could be less than 30 seconds then

STEP FOUR I added water and Maggie and I covered it for 3 minutes and allowed it to boil before mixing it again then

FINALLY, I add the local leaf which we call zobo, and cow skin I allow it to boil for 30m then I drop it. zobo in hausa is used here in the north as local meat many people use it to prepare their soup which serves as meat and it tastes sweet, and delicious when it is well Cook

This soup is consumed with many swallow fufu EBA and towu shakafe I would love to invite all the Steemians to partake in this special meal of mine.
