Contest : 2025 Vision: A New Year’s Reflection.

My name is Nelson Barrios and my alias on Steemit is @venecineaudio. I am a business administrator, auditor and financial analyst. In the same way I can say that I am a cinephile and at the same time a lover of rock music. Here is my presentation link Link Here.

This is my first participation in the community, I do it specifically in the initiative proposed by @alfazmalek called Contest : Vision 2025: A New Year's Reflection Link Here. I hope everyone likes it.

I will now respond to the questions posed:

What are your goals for the new year?

As far as health is concerned, I know that I must lead a healthier life, I have to establish a balanced diet and practice exercises since I am a person who suffers from diabetes, so it is imperative that I adopt healthier habits. Likewise, I must avoid unpleasant moments and try to achieve an adequate mental and emotional well-being, which is very important in today's fast-paced world.

Secondly, I want to start new courses related to the world of cryptocurrencies to understand well the importance of cryptocurrencies and their impact in today's financial world, thus, I will be prepared to develop in an area that is always evolving and for which new skills are required.

It is important to improve my interpersonal skills, such as communication and teamwork. Time management and balancing my work and personal affairs will help me to have a less stressful and more fulfilling life.

How will you make a positive impact this year?

As human beings, it is essential that we educate ourselves and be conscious of our actions. I want to generate a positive impact with family, friends, and members of my community by promoting what I call mental health awareness, the importance of solidarity and care for the environment to improve our work and personal environment.

We have to communicate and if possible make decisions as a group because many times we make decisions without taking into account the needs of others.

What did you learn last year?

In 2024 I learned the importance of empathy and solidarity in my personal life and at work. Helping others made me feel good and the fact of feeling the gratitude of the people we benefited made me sensitive to the needs of those around me.

I have been somewhat lazy in some work activities which resulted in anxiety, stress, and illness. I decided not to leave things to the last minute, to be more committed to my work and to be more responsible with others and with myself.

Interpersonal relationships are fundamental in my life, so I started to pay enough attention to my friends and family, I learned to listen, to recognize my mistakes and to apologize.

In this year 2025 I wish you all much health and prosperity and that together we achieve much success in the goals we set for ourselves.
