My dear friends hope you all are well and I am also well by the grace of Allah today is very good and I hope you are also having a good day I am here to participate in a great contest I want to thank @ jyoti-thelight for organizing such a beautiful contest between us. The benefits of food can never be ended and today I will try to mention here what food I served for my family throughout the day and their merits recipes as well as their preparation method. Hope you all will like and enjoy it.

BREAKFAST

Today for breakfast I have bread fried egg and beef basket bread in our house I almost prepare it in the morning because eating too much heavy food late in the morning is not healthy for our body so I make bread as a light meal and with it I have eggs. Try to keep it because eggs are very beneficial for our body and an egg in the morning helps our body to be very fresh and helps to keep fresh.

For lunch I have kept the fish recipe here I have made a great recipe with pangas fish and potato this vegetable recipe is good for our body I think it is very favourite for everyone because here I have kept pangas fish oil of pangas fish is very good for our body and with it Adding vegetables makes for a healthier recipe I think.

Here I have mentioned my fish recipe first cut the vegetables according to size grind the fish well and wash and clean then all the spices along with the onion add the vegetables and then fry the fish well with salt and turmeric Then fish with vegetables Prepare fish recipe by adding enough water.

EVENING MEAL

In the evening meal I have put fruits today because Bangladesh is now abundant in fruits and different types of seasonal fruits are available in our country right from mango jackfruit to different kinds of fruits now we are getting within our reach today I have put litchi and jam in jam very much. It contains a lot of nutrients and the iodine content is very high. If you eat enough iodine deficiency diseases will be eliminated and litchi contains a lot of vitamin C.Very beneficial for our body so today I completed my evening breakfast with fruits.

DINNER MEAL

For dinner again I tried to have fish with rice as fish has a lot of nutrients in I made a recipe with desi tengra fish with some vegetables and put cucumber along with it it is very beneficial for our body and cucumber is very good for digesting our food. Played a supporting role so in the night I prepared fish recipes with these vegetables and finished dinner.

CONCLUSION

Food it is very beneficial for our body but we must eat that food knowingly because unhealthy food can put the body in danger again so we all should eat healthy food and eat enough food like today I am leaving here Allah Hafeez.

Jamrul fruit is very healthy and nutritious fruit and i always like this fruit. Pangas fish is my favourite fish and i always like this pangas fish recipes so much. Thanks for sharing friend.
