International Labour Day, we all know the importance of this day and especially our labour and our workers know the importance of this day, that is a holiday for them that shows the commemorates the struggles and achievements of workers and the labor. It is observed on first day of may in many countries, like Pakistan and India. Know i am going to discuss about on these two topics that highlight the importance of this day.

Workplace Mental Health

Mental health really matters in the workplace, its refers to psychological well-being of labour & workers in workplace. It encompasses various aspects such as Stress management and Anxiety and depression support. Workers engagement and satisfaction with the workplace is also very important. Provide mental health resources and support them is a good for supporting them. And last one is environment of workplace and the physical health of workers.

Workers' Rights Advocacy, it is refers to efforts of organizations, and trade unions to protect the rights of workers, such as including their economic rights, social and political rights. This advocacy aims to ensure fair treatment for them and provide safe working conditions, and equitable compensation for workers. Key areas of focus is provide to safe workplace and occupational health. And give freedom from discrimination, harassment and protecting them from abuse.
