Steemit Engagement Challenge / S16/W4 - "Children Vs Extracurricular Activities "
Assalamu walaikum to my steemains |

Investing in a child's education, providing for his needs, and stockpiling toys and gear are not the only aspects of childrearing. To spark a child's interest in sports, a physical play environment should be established, and their physical and mental development should be tailored to meet their needs. Today, "Children vs. Extracurricular Activities" was selected as the excellent theme for the fourth week of Season 16 (S16/W4).
How can extracurricular activities help children's physical and mental growth? |
---|
Children who study for long periods of time eventually grow bored and lose interest in what they are studying, even though texts help us become theoretically intelligent. Future generations' proper development depends on both physical and mental health. Apart from schooling, sports are essential for mental and physical well-being. These extracurricular activities are beneficial to children's growth on all levels—physical, mental, social, and emotional.
Running-intensive physical activities like basketball, hockey, football, or cricket strengthen a child's bones and are essential for a healthy life. Play teaches kids how to cooperate, interact with others, and work in groups. Children learn confidence and self-worth via play. Through play, children acquire knowledge about reality, including winning and losing.
Do children today choose extracurricular activities, or are they forced to participate by their parents? |
---|
Nowadays, the majority of households rely on technology, and parents say their kids spend most of their study time with tutors at home. Other kids have interests outside of academics, including sports.I used to get out of school, eat lunch, relax for a little, then head to the field to play sports for a long time. Children are not interested these days.
But now I have noticed many mothers bring their children to the field and wait on the sidelines, letting them play. A lot of children are enrolled in Kriya Academy, mainly because children nowadays are more addicted to devices. Today's parents are very conscious of their child's physical and mental well-being.
Are extracurricular activities necessary for children? |
---|
Extracurricular activities give kids the chance to grow intellectually and physically, which is why they are important.
It is the parent's duty to select such institutions where pupils can engage in extracurricular activities on a daily basis.
They won't travel or be genuinely creative, despite the intense push to study.
Which are the best extracurricular activities for today's children? |
---|
Pupils have access to a variety of extracurricular activities. The important point is that while students may be interested in sports, they will learn and get physically fit in proportion to the amount of time they spend doing sports. The various games and contests that students participate in will provide them with an opportunity to learn effectively. Students will be encouraged to discover their latent potential via science- and technology-based games and activities. The kids will be able to study more thanks to various competitions, since this kind of atmosphere fosters new discoveries.
All people offer prayers for me. I appreciate you taking the time to carefully read my post.

Extracurricular children's activities can continue to develop children's emotional development. A child should be allowed to do activities of his choice as this will benefit his mental development. other physical fitness, football, swimming, cycling, dancing, cultural activities, theater or other sports that strengthen children physically and mentally.
Good luck to you.

There are many schools may be not now but during my childhood in which there was no focus on extra curricular activities and give to this children also get bored from there studies and same routine that swipe for getting engaged children with interest in studies extra curricular activities also have a lot of their importance.
Yes, you are right, Every child needs to play sports in addition to studying, which helps children develop physically and mentally. Children need to show interest in everything. If children study in a monotonous way, they get bored, so it is very important to keep them engaged in other activities. For such a nice comment from a very useful time, I wish you all the best and pray that you will be well.
