I have taken a break from Steemit due to some personal reasons and health issues. Now I am very fresh to continue my journey on Steemit. During those sick days I learn a lot about Immunity. Low Immunity is the first reason to get affected by any disease. So we need to improve our body immunity to get stronger.

Immune Boosting Foods


Disease free life is unlimited wealth!! A house, a car, a loving family, two children, a beautiful life are all that a man desires in his lifetime. No one wants to live 200,300 years and build a house on the moon. It is enough to live without any disease during the lifetime. It is also a very reasonable and honest desire. There is no deny in the fact that today's society travels with awareness, realizing that a peaceful life is built on the basis of health. Large companies have started selling grains like small grains, chickpeas, and peas. This is evidenced by the fact that marketing is now widespread. Good! Let's get into the article. Elders say that food and medicine are the same. Our body naturally contains resistance to all diseases! Our body gets dulled by certain types of food like pizza, burger and forgets its energy. This article is about the foods that we should take regularly to restore it, increase immunity naturally and protect against disease.

Natural ways to boost immunity:

There is no need for pills to boost immunity in the body. The foods we eat every day can create immune factors in the body. Nutrients are packed in naturally grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Vitamin C is the first to destroy harmful factors in the body and boost the immune system, followed by vitamins A and B.

Vitamin C is found in large amounts in gooseberry, guava, orange, lemon, satukodi, chili, etc. It also has the power to control cancer. Used for growth of tissues and protection of cells. Lemon juice, which contains vitamin C, helps increase beneficial bacteria. Beneficial bacteria grow faster in acidic conditions. And lemon juice helps maintain a warm environment for beneficial bacteria to thrive. Lemon juice can be mixed with salad, non-vegetarian food etc.

Guava is a fruit that is easily available to everyone. But it does contain a small amount of vitamins. Contains nutrients like vitamin B, C, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, etc. Gives strength to bones and body. Guava is rich in potassium. The magnesium in guava helps the body absorb nutrients from other foods. Due to this, all the nutrients in the food we eat reach the body. Fights pathogens and protects against infection.

Vitamin A is found in spinach, drumstick, carrot, sugar beet, egg, papaya, mango, spinach, mutton, chicken, beef liver, butter and ghee. It plays a very important role in boosting the immune system.

Vitamin B- helps in biochemical reactions of the immune system. It is found in almonds, broccoli, milk, eggs, small grains and spinach. Breast milk contains all the nutrients for newborn babies .

Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids promote cardiorespiratory, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant capacity. Rich in salmon, flaxseeds, avocados, walnuts, eggs, and olive oil. Pumpkin seeds are second only to flax seeds in Omega 3. This can also be taken along with foods like salad.

Yogurt: The good bacteria (probiotic) in yogurt boosts immunity and gives good energy to the body. It can be taken daily instead of curd. Buttermilk plays a very important role in reducing body weight, keeping the body cool and increasing immunity.

Magnesium is essential for kidney function, the function of every organ, and the immune system. Found in nuts, greens, wheat, and seeds. Zinc – found in beans, coconut, chickpeas, oysters, lentils, sesame seeds, yogurt, and dairy products.

Broccoli contains minerals, vitamin C and A. It is good to include it twice a week in the diet. Herbs such as turmeric, ginger, aniseed, and pepper kill various diseases at their earliest stage

Green peas are rich in nutrients like vitamin A, C, B1, B6, carotenoids and antioxidants like phenolic acids. These nutrients greatly help in boosting the immune system. Almonds, soaked almonds containing vitaminGives more immunity and health. It also contains iron, calcium and fiber. It is important to include pulses in the diet which are rich in protein and fiber. Urad dal, gram dal, peas varieties, grains can be taken any of these daily. Add up to thirty grams of pulses per day.

Drink Water avoid drinking coffee and tea on an empty stomach in the morning and drink water. Blood circulation is regulated, toxins are removed and the body becomes healthy. Natural foods, naturally grown fruits and vegetables are the first to increase immunity. Natural foods provide the body with complete vitamins, minerals and nutrients. So it is better to avoid ready-made foods and processed foods.
