How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.The dish that I am presenting to you today is Chicken Biryani. Chicken Biryani is a popular dish in our country. Guest entertainment, there is no comparison to Chicken Biryani for eating on special occasions.
I am not a professional cooker. I have a little habit of cooking since childhood. Now I try to cook for my children on holidays. In continuation of that, today I have prepared chicken biryani for my children. And I am going to share the recipe of that biryani with my steemian friends. I Hope you stay with me.

ingredients:-
Chicken meat1 kg
Polao rice3/4 kg
Potatoes4 pcs
Sour yogurt1/2 cup
Soybean oil1 bowl
Biryani masala1 packet
Chopped onions4-5 pieces
Saltas you need
Ginger garlic paste4 spoons
Long4 pieces
Cardamom4 pcs
Cinnamon4 pieces
Joyphal Jayatri pest1 spoons
Pepper6 pieces
bay leaf3-4 pcs
Egg2 pcs

Proccessing of Making Chicken Biriyani
  • First I put half a bowl of soybean oil in a saucepan
  • When the oil is hot, put the onions in the oil.
  • I keep stirring the onions until the onions are half-fried.

  • When the onion is fried, I add 4 spoons of ginger paste and half a bowl of sour yogurt to the pan.
  • The spices are well butchered or fried for some time.
  • Now add the green chilies to the masala and stir again.
  • Now add half of the biryani spices from the packet and stir well again.
  • Be careful not to burn the spices.

  • Now I put oil in a frypan. When the oil is hot, stir in the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
  • When the potatoes are medium-fried, remove them from the frypan to a plate.

  • Now I wash the chicken meats well and drain the water.
  • When the water is drained, stir the meat through the spices.

  • Now I wash 3/4 kg Poluchaul well and drain the water.
  • When the water is drained, add oil to a pan.
  • When the oil is hot, add some onions.
  • If the onion is half fried, add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and coriander leaves
    And keep mixing them.
  • After stirring for 4-5 minutes, add the minced meat to the rice and stir well.

  • Now mix the potatoes kept in the pan with the rice.
  • In this situation, I butchered all the items on fire for a while longer.
  • Now I add enough water between the mixed rice, meat, and potatoes.
  • Also, cover it with a lid.
  • I put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes on medium heat

  • When the water dries up or the rice is well cooked, I turn off the stove.
  • Now I pour biryani in a bowl.
  • Now I boil two eggs. Peel the boiled egg and put it on the biryani.

  • I add lemon pepper, cucumber, and chopped onion to enhance the taste of biryani.
