I hope everyone is doing well and thanking Allah for His blessings. I have been thinking for a long time that there should be a competition in a community that should have a special theme related to children. Co-curricular activities are activities that are extra-curricular, meaning that children must do extra-curricular activities, the main reason being that extra-curricular sports are things that children do. It increases the mental and physical development of children, provides energy to children and children enjoy a healthy life.

They move forward, adopt new ways, try to do new things, which sharpen their minds and more, and their desire grows, and their dedication increases.

How can extracurricular activities help children's physical and mental growth.?

There is no doubt that extracurricular activities are very important for the mental and physical development of children, the main reason being that children who are mentally often cannot maintain their balance if such activities are not available. If found in children, children can improve their mental and physical development, for example, in different ways, we are now seeing new things like swimming. Swimming is a great pastime.

The whole body moves and our whole body gets movement and through it we can do better activities. Children in our area mostly perform better activities like playing street stick, children play very fondly and the main reason for this is that it is a better form of development and physical fitness of the child is maintained. That also makes the whole body stronger and the whole body moves and the children also get better development, the mental balance is also good and in every respect there is better activity in the children, that is the reason that in every respect

Children should have maximum mental development and physical development. It is better that more extracurricular activities should be given priority to children. Teachers should also manage extracurricular activities among children and especially. Parents are concerned that their children should be given extracurricular activities away from the internet for their optimal development.

Do to days childrens like extracurriculars activities or are they forced to participate by their parents.?

There is no doubt that most of the children of Aaj do not like extracurricular activities but follow in the footsteps of their parents who are taught by their teachers and others who are their friends. They try to do the same but extracurricular activities should be taken up by children. It is a matter of their health. There should not be any compromise regarding the health of children and children should be prepared especially mentally and physically.

All kinds of good curricular activities and extra curricular activities should be taken up just as children take up curricular activities so extra curricular activities should be taken up so that they have maximum physical fitness so that they have the best mental balance for themselves. To help maintain and keep children physically fit as much as possible, non-curricular activities should be adopted and participation should be as much as possible.

The best performance of the children and their physical and mental health will be good. This is the reason why the children will always try to perform the best performance in extracurricular activities. One should be a ghost rider so that they can take on extracurricular activities and challenges as much as they can and be efficient in pursuing the best activities for themselves.

Is extracurricular activity necessary for children's.?

As I mentioned earlier that extra curricular activities are very important for children, today's children are mostly engaged in internet on mobile and playing games on laptop all day at home. I have seen people who don't care about their health at all but stay locked at home and get attached to their mobile phones after going from school to college to university directly which is having a very bad effect on their mind.

Of course mobile phone and laptop should be given adequate time and not too much time should be given to it so that it does not directly affect your mental and physical development and more extracurricular activities should be adopted so that you can maintain your fitness. Keep yourself participating in extra-curricular activities as much as possible.

Competitions should be organized in which children are involved. Performance should be what it is There is no doubt that children always try to do the best but still children should take special care of their health and physical fitness to achieve some good performance in their life. Will be able to show that try to do well so that the child participates in appropriate activities and non-activities and in extra-curricular activities.

Which are the best extracurricular activities for to days children.?

The main reason why street jogging and swimming are included in today's extra-curricular activities is that, as I mentioned above, the world of the Internet has become so vast these days that people are mostly in the world of the Internet. Children are living who instead of giving priority to extra curricular activities only engage in internet which does not improve their mental health and physical performance but children should always adopt extra curricular activities as I mentioned earlier.

I have done that in these things especially children should show maximum performance so that their life and their health and development can be better. which is having negative effects on their health, many children who are suffering from weakness, some diseases are around children, day by day children who are suffering from mental weakness, children are not interested in learning.

Lack of engagement and there are many reasons why children who are not interested in extracurricular activities are not interested in it. The more extra-curricular activities children engage in, the more their health and mental development will increase and they will always try to do more and more, which is why extra-curricular activities are good for children's health. Todo lo expresado resultan muy acertadas y en efecto, los niños cuando realizan actividades extracurriculares como por ejemplo el deporte aumentara su desarrollo físico y mental, proporcionándoles más energía a los niños pudiendo disfrutar de una vida sana, porque al hacer cosas nuevas dará como resultado el agudizar su mente

Every child needs to go outside the four walls and loves to play. Extracurricular children's activities can continue children's emotional development. A child should be allowed to do whatever he likes as it will benefit his mental development. For other physical fitness football, swimming, cycling, dance, cultural activities, theater or other sports strengthen children physically and mentally. This playfulness makes the child confident.

I've seen on numerous occasions how children who take part in extracurricular activities have the desire to do better. Not only outside but also inside the school environment.
The more kids want to do, the better they perform, BUT children must never be pushed by their parents. They must be supported by them.
