I hope everyone is doing well and thankful for the blessings of Allah Almighty. Here in my beloved community a great competition was organized in which I came to participate. Education which is mental and physical strength affects development because we know that nowadays there are too many online activities and children don't have time to spend their time in sports but for education.

They are sitting at home and if I talk, the free time they have is not in the game itself but in their mobile phone and there are some applications in the mobile phone where they are spending most of their time like That Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and many others are taking part in competing online activities means that children are not able to spend more time with their mobile phones and if all this is for them.

It is very easy, but they seem to be far away from activities such as sports. Rather, it used to be that in the past, one had to go far to study in school and had to walk, but today it is different. It's done.

If I talk, these two activities are very important for children. It is very important for children to play along with learning. And education is a human need and a basic need for children because it is our first step and we know that education is really important for us and we have no doubt that children benefit from it. There are many children who are more engaged in sports and spend more time in sports, but on the contrary, there are some children who do not take much interest in sports and the children who are in childhood.

Sports are becoming more distant because today's activities are not very much. Children who are are spending most of their time on mobile phones, due to which children are suffering a lot of harm. Children are not being provided with the platform that games are, which is why we all know that games are very important for children and we know that with the passage of time, children who

They are not spending most of their time though that is why education is very important for children along with sports. There was a time when children had to travel far to study and for them sports were not the least. There used to be management, but today what is there, the ground is deserted, children do not play, most of the activities have been taken over by mobile phones.

If I talk about it, the main reason why children are lagging behind in education and sports is that all these activities have been taken over by mobile phones. Mobile phones have taken away games from children. have launched that children do not go to the ground, the biggest loss that happens to children is that they lose their physical development, and children cannot do the movements that they do in sports.

This is the reason why children are spending most of their time on mobile phones. Earlier, children were very much interested in playing sports as well as studying in school, but today if you talk about it, all these activities are taken by online education. have taken and online education children are becoming weaker day by day and the main reason for this is as I have mentioned earlier that children are not more interested in sports but in their mobile phones. Spending most of the time and day to day most of the children are facing mental and mental problems which is why children are mostly.

Online education is obtained without wasting time, no time is wasted, but children can get online education, but it also has more disadvantages because if we talk about learning Children have to walk long distances to go to school and which is beneficial for children to have proper physical activity and is also very beneficial for children's development.

But on the contrary, there are so many complications in online education that children have to bear the most damage. In-line is not very useful but in children there are disadvantages that is why most of the in-line head but for children should have proper play management for children who have their time along with education.

Proper management of sports should also be done so that there is no disturbance in the mental and physical development of the child and he can lead a punishing life in every way.

Yes as we know that online education is very dangerous for the mental and physical development of children as I have mentioned above that mental and physical education is very important for children nowadays. If you do, online education has taken away all this from children, but children don't have enough time to play games on mobile phones and get other education online.

And what is lost weight management for physical development is no longer good but it is bad for them because there are games in mobile phones that kids are mostly interested in and learning online. Getting online education is beneficial at one point of time but children don't get any free movement and children always suffer from mental pressure which is online education is also harmful at the same time. Because children are facing mental torture in every way.
