How can extracurricular activities help children's physical and mental growth? |

Extracurricular activities is the activities which are educational activities both not falling within the scope of the regular curriculum, it can also be know as the activity which have to be done outside the regular academy curriculum.
Extracurricular activity are the activity which can be done or take place in the School.
Example of the activities are sports, students organization, music learning or act classes etc.
Extracurricular activities helps children a lot in
their physical growth here are some benefits of it.
Social skills: the extracurricular activitity create opportunity for children in place of interact with peer, or the ability for them to explore their creativity skill, also to grow up and collaborate with friends that understand the difference of perspectives and etc.
Physical health: extracurricular activities provide children physical health activities like sports and dancing those are activity that make children to exercise their self, it make the bone in their body to be flexible also to pervert them from being discomfort.
Do today's children like extracurricular activities, or are they forced to participate by their parents? |

Extracurricular activities are not the kind of activity that parents should be forcing their children to participate, is the activity that children should always love to participate in.
But it happens that most of the children don't like to participate or involved in the extracurricular activity with no reason, some time there may be scared or afraid of taking part in the activity.
But there are children that are really looking for the opportunity to participate in such activities but there may not have much time to do so. Some time there are not been allowed by their parents because of violence or any notorious action.
There are parents that forced their children to participate in the activities 3 to 4 times in a week.
Is extracurricular activity necessary for children? |

Yes it is very necessary and good for children to participate in extracurricular activities time to time to keep their body fit and flexible and also maintain their physical health.
Which are the best extracurricular activities for today's children? |

The best extracurricular activities for children of now a days are these
. Sports: children participate in difference types of sports such as football, volleyball, skipping ECT.
. Leadership program: this is the program that help children to understand and know how to develop with communication skill, teamwork and students government.
. Creative art and craft: this make children learn more on how to explore and show their creativity skills.

Extracurricular activities are very important for children to beat boredom and keep physically fit. Extracurricular activities such as sports or cultural activities, which children enjoy without any pressure. These activities help in children's mental development.
