The Diary game [25/12/2023] Christmas Day
Introduction
Good evening steemians, hope your day is going fine.I would love to share how the 25th of December went to all of you.Christmas is a very special day and everyone including my family had been looking forward to it.Hope you enjoy reading.
Morning activities
It's finally Christmas day, the day Jesus Christ was born😊. Everyone woke up very early, that morning, we were meant to go to church that morning.
Although it was Monday, it's a tradition in the Catholic church for every catholic to attend mass on Christmas day and new year day.
I don't know for other pentecostal churches.
We prepared for church that day, everyone were all dressed up and set after having breakfast. Before we left, we took some pictures to keep memories 😅.

After taking the pictures, we all left for church.The mass didn't take long and we were back home.
Afternoon activities
When we got home, everyone changed their clothes and we're all set for the usual Christmas rice. My sister and I assisted my mom in getting it done. I was meant to chop the veggies.
They were very much, my hands were aching from holding the knife for so long🤣
After chopping the veggies, u helped my mom with the rice. After some minutes, the rice was ready and we prapared the salad. The chicken was fried on Sunday night which was Christmas Eve.
My mom dished everyone's meal and we all ate happily with chilled drinks. I really enjoyed the meal. Our stomachs were all filled.
Evening activities
After eating,my siblings and I talked for a while before I went to wash the dishes. We rested for a while and I went outside but still in the compound, as usual I love taking pictures, just took some, logged into steemit and went inside to sleep.
That evening, we ate same rice as dinner. We didn't want to eat something else because the rice was too delicious to be spared.But my parents ate something else.
After eating, I went to my room my sister and I share, wondering how quick the Christmas day we had all been waiting for had come and passed. Well just looking forward to new year.
