This is all about giving men and women equal opportunities in the work setting. In the olden days, women were seen as the weaker gender, they weren't allowed to take up so many position. They weren't allowed to go to school, their main occupation was being a wife and mother. Now a days, everything has changed, women have equal opportunity as men in various field.

Mental health is quite important as physical health. It's quite unfortunate that is not prioritize, and that is why we see lots of depressed people. Workplace mental health centers about creating a conducive working space fit for the psychological and emotional well-being of workers.
