Steemit Engagement Challenge / S13-W3 -"How SEC improved engagements on the Steemit platform?"
Hi there 👋 wonderful and amazing steemians in the hindwhale community how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day as for me I'm doing great 👍.
Newbies and some people like me who became steemians not so long ago, ever wonder what the steemit platform was like before the introduction of the SEC, hmmm 🤔 who knows I wasn't even there.
So in my today's entry I will be sharing with you all what I think the steemit platform was like before the introduction of SEC, some of the changes that comes with it, my level of participation and so much more.
WHAT WAS STEEMIT LIKE BEFORE THE SEC?
Hmmm, since I wasn't there to experience and witness what steemit was like before the introduction of SEC, so I'm just going to give it my own personal idea and view of what it was like.
Before the introduction of SEC as at that time I think the steemit platform didn't have any kind of club status that we have now, and also I think that the overall form of engagement was very slow and steemians were making slow progress.
DISCUSS THE CHANGES YOU NOTICED IN STEEMIT FOLLOWING SEC.
The steemit engagement challenge has really helped change a lot of things for the better here in the steemit platform in a sense that not only is it a challenge rather it is a kind of competition that draws steemians together just like in real life we have family meeting that draws family members together.
Also the introduction of the steemit engagement challenge has really helped a lot of steemians in boosting their accounts unlike me, and I don't know for you guys but almost 40% of steemians that participate in the engagement challenge seems to get massive support from steemcurator 01 or 02 which to them is always very amazing and encouraging.
In summary the introduction of steemit engagement challenge has helped in boosting overall engagement, interaction, competition, support level etc.
HOW MANY OF THE SEVEN WEEKLY CHALLENGES CAN YOU PARTICIPATE IN EACH WEEK?
Out of the seven weekly challenges I won't say that I have been participating in all of them that would be an understatement though I'm always very active here in the steemit platform but due to my busy schedules with work in a week I can at least attempt 4 engagement challenges out of 7.
Though sometimes there are some weeks that I have been attempting and participating in more than four engagement challenges, but one thing about it is that participating in engagement challenge is not something you can rush since there will be many entries submitted so you will have to make sure that your entry stands out by making it to be quality in other to stand a chance of winning.
HOW DOES THE SEC CHANGE YOUR PERSONNEL INTERESTS AND INVOLVEMENT ON STEEMIT?
The steemit engagement challenge has really helped change my personal interest, involvement as well as my commitment towards the steemit platform in a way beyond imagination.
For example when ever I see an engagement challenge in any community and I checked it out and then decided to go through some of the entries submitted by other steemians, it always inspired me to put more effort because in other to win a game master you must first of all learn to be a game changer.

Yo, al igual que tú, tampoco participo en los 7 desafíos, a veces por tiempo y otras veces porque el tema no me hace sentir cómoda... Pero trato de disfrutarlos al máximo, creo que en cada publicación eso se puede sentir.
El compromiso actualmente es más grande y podemos crecer de diferentes maneras.

You have given a very good idea of how the steemit platform was before the introduction of SEC which yoi stated about the non-existence of the club status, difficulties in engagement and also slow in progress fo steemians.
The introduction of the SEC have really brought steemians closer together and we make friends everyday through engagement which is nice to hear.
The introduction of the SEC have also boost the chances of steemians to get upvote from the chief curators which is another amazing thing about it.
With the introduction of the SEC engagement in the platform hab really increased and it has also boost our steem power and our overall growth in the platform.
Participating in 4 ou5 of the 7 communities is not a bad idea I wish you success my friend.
