I am rabbi from #Bangladesh
I am participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 13 Week 2. Today I will write about our popular employment in Bangladesh. You know that our Bangladesh is a little behind in terms of development compared to other countries in the outside world. The control level of our Bangladesh economy and employment is not right. This is why we are a few steps behind. But I am hopeful we will move forward. Success will come one day. So I will participate in this competition by writing to you today about my popular employment in Bangladesh.

According to me, the first popular employment in Bangladesh is the clothing industry, we call it garment workers in Bengali. The textile industry of our country is very popular. Fabrics are exported from our country to different countries of the world. We earn foreign currency by selling our Bangladeshi clothes there. Roughly 60% percent of money comes from garment industry in our country. Which is much more than other sectors.
We have garment manufacturing in several districts including the capital of Bangladesh. When I visited the capital, I saw many workers working in garments. Both men and women are engaged in this profession. If there was no garment industry in our country, then 60/70 percent people would be unemployed at home. Our country would have deteriorated a lot.

I believe AI will help the job market. Because now we are moving towards the digital age. We want people to take shortcuts to get things done. In that case we need digital technology. And now artificial intelligence is helping us a lot. Which will be more advanced and beneficial in future. My opinion on this matter is that we are currently in the age of AI. Let's improve this AI in the future. It will benefit the general public like us.
How to reduce rising unemployment
Different countries adopt different practices to reduce unemployment in their own countries. But in the case of our Bangladesh, I am guessing. If you want to reduce unemployment, don't run after government or private jobs. Self-establishment should be considered. For example, you should think about becoming an entrepreneur yourself. Are you not getting a job? Do you have some lying around in your house? In that case, you can become an entrepreneur by utilizing the space in your home. As you can grow ornamental fice in your abandoned space. Then you can make a vegetable garden. Can raise animals. But one has to be patient and one day success will surely come.
I am a beginner, I lack a lot of knowledge. Here I expressed my opinion may be wrong error. Because there are many senior users of our country here and they expressed their opinion. There may be very little difference between their opinion and mine. My mistake must be seen with forgiveness. Later, I will be present to you again with new content. Our country is very underdeveloped compared to other countries in the outside world. All aspects of employment, education, employment and treatment. You said in your post that your country Bangladesh is a bit backward in development due to other countries which have made unemployment to be ramparts in your country, I tell you this it's a gradual process and one day everything will become history because Bangladesh will be one of the best country one day.
In my country Nigeria 🇳🇬 we are also suffering from unemployment because of bad government and bad political leaders who care only about themselves.
Clothing industry which is popularly known as the garment workers in Bengali is a very good profession because it out food in your table and also give a comfortable living from the money you earn from it, I am very happy to hear that your country promote clothing maybe one day i will other some cloth from you 😃😊.
Unemployment has a become a major problem in every part ofbthe world due to Increase in population and bad economy but by reducing it the government should try and open industries and companies and also support small scale business men and women like the garment workers in your country this way unemployment will be gradually erase from your country.
