There's no doubt that voting is very important in the country because we are in a democracy regime, which simply means that we elect the leader that we want for their country to develop.
Unfortunately, nowadays, people bribe to be in government sit just to wicked innocent citizens. This is exactly what we are currently facing in my country, Nigeria, and the hardships are becoming unbearable for everyone.

Voting simply means the coming together of all the citizens of a particular country, state, area or society to elect their leader through casting of vote and the person with the highest number of vote will emerged as the winner of the election.

Voting System in your Country
Nigeria is a country located in the western part of Africa and is also known as the giant of Africa. Wherever you go, they must be a Nigerian ther because we are all over the world.

We currently have different party systems in our country, and we normally vote once every four years in every government appointment, whether it is the president, governor, senators, etc.
Once you win an election you are expected to rule for four year and after that you will contest again and if you win you will continue your tenure but if you fail you will step down for the new victor to assume his position.

All the youth in my country have their voters card that they use in voting for their favourite candidates and sometimes they come and promise us heavens and earth but after the win they will not fulfill their promises which is very sad.

They sometimes come and deceive citizens with bags of rice, palm oils, different kinds of food stuffs and even groceries so that they will vote for them and after that you will not see anybody again, development will hardly come because they will focus their attention to their families alone and forget about the promises that they made to citizens.

And now we Nigerians are now suffering because he was not the leader that we elected, but because of corruption, he is currently on sit

The voting system in my country is very poor because they are lots of corruption going on, once you are on sit you will make sure that you rule for complete 8 year before stepping donw wihc is very bad.
Just like the recently concluded presidential election in my country where the Labour Party presidential candidates were the winner, but because of corruption, they gave it to Bola tinubu because he is very influential so bad.

We usually vote by different polling units all over the country and machines usually count the vote to determine the winner, myself I haven't vote before because i don't have a voters card but it I'll try and do my voters card so I can start casting my vote for my favourite candidates.

Election are usually held in my country after every 4 years between different opposition parties that select one representative to run the election for them.
Everyone with voters card will go to their various polling units to cast their vote for their favourite candidates and sometimes they will come back with gift.

Sometimes in a particular polling units where the security is not much they will be threatening you to vote a particular candidate and if you refuse they might end up killing you, we have encountered many of this challenges and the government are the reason behind them but I believe one day everything will be alright.
