I have done power-up many times and I have always seen my account getting boosted because by doing power-up our steem comes to steem power.

If we want to see the power of our account, then we should see the steem power of our account because the more steem power our account has, the more actions our account will be able to take. Upvotes, comments, likes and sharing content are some of the operations of Seemit. We can do this only when we have steem power to perform the operation. After power-down, we can completely withdraw this steem in 1 month. So power-up as much as possible and by power-up, retain steem which increases the value of steem in the market.
