POPULAR JOB IN MY COUNTRY

Looking at the hints of the contest, I discovered that some job opportunities are becoming volatile due to the rise of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has indeed come to stay, but it cannot function effectively without human activation.

What are the most popular employment in your country?

From my research and observation of my environment, I would agree with some people here that the most populous job in my country is the teaching job. Virtually everyone in my country wants to learn and people that have acquired knowledge are willing to teach, so teaching has become one of the most popular jobs in my country.

FUELLING STATIONS

Teaching could be formal or informal, you don't need to own a large classroom before teaching begins, it could begin with few. A lot of nursery schools have been planted in different locations in my country, primary schools, secondary, and universities are everywhere. There is no state in NIGERIA without a university. You can agree with me that the faculty of education in Nigeria is the largest in every university and these are students who will in the long run become teachers. Let's delve into the key points

Another popular job opportunity is driving which is very popular for men. In the driving system, we have what is called hire purchase etc. Here you can obtain a bus, drive and pay based on the monetary agreement of the organization and after the deal has been completed you can now become the vehicle owner.

Businesses like supermarkets, boutique stores, and shops have created a lot of job opportunities because they employ people to sell their items and this creates a lot of opportunities for undergraduates struggling to survive while in school.

Fuelling stations(part of the oil sector) have become very popular in Nigeria, The Oil/gas business is very lucrative in my country. The majority of fuelling stations are owned privately, so this also creates job opportunities because they employ people to work for them per stand to sell fuel.

Do you believe "AI" will help or create problems in the job market?

Ai will create problems, as I said earlier people activate Ai's functionality, so the people Ai will create is that people who are not acquainted with the technology will lose their jobs. In those days in banks, people used to stand in queues waiting for customer service to respond to their complaints but now with your mobile phone you can fix your banking issues provided you follow the steps given.

How to reduce rising unemployment?

In Nigeria a lot of youths have made up their mind not to let poverty-stricken times come to them, they learn a trade and indulge in some online money-making strategies like content creation, blogging etc, I would say that Africans especially Nigerians has topped many countries in terms of skit making, comedy, and entertainment in general and most people should learn ways to make use of the internet wisely.

Another way to tackle the danger of unemployment would be made effective by the government through the creation of infrastructures and job opportunities and reducing the rate of importation thereby creating room for innovation and lots more.
